File Loading Failed

I had a quest that was stuck, all pieces showed green but it wouldn't complete. Also my in game picture was gone, all I had was the big blue circle in the upper left. I closed the game, cleared cache, cookies and history from Chrome and now I can't get the game to load, I've tried with both versions of Flash (Chrome * Adobe) and get the exact same error.

File Loading failed. Please check your network connection, clean your browser cache or try again later.

It comes up on the third load screen, I get the initial spash screen, with the red and blue soldiers, I click the blue, Play Now button. This takes me to a plain white Ubisoft - Blue Byte logos, the load bar moves all the way to the right and I get the next Ubisoft - Blue Byte load screen, a small village in the center and a worker holding a hammer on the left. The bar moves maybe 10% across the screen and then I get the error.
