They could have sent Rising Storm as lite version or something for those who have Red Orchestra 2 in their library. No need to ruin RO2 :(
My main gripes are the smallish maps compared to what they could be, although community maps alleviate this somewhat.
Being TK'ed is a pain, but hey, we all do it from time to time.
Im a fan of the new menus as their resolution is a little higher.
My main gripe is not being able mount an MG on any legde available, oh and also not being able to go prone n places its evident one should be able to.
But on the whole the Pro's outweigh the con's IMHO and RO/RS still stands up well as a shooter after all these years.
RS is a good shot in the arm for the series methinks.

Inadvertantly joining a mixed server (HoS and RS) and then loading the only RS map I've ever played. I've only seen one...
The Mkb42. Even the noise of it firing sounds obnoxious! Used to like it, rather moved on..

I agree, that's pretty annoying indeed.
But for real when people play a commander or squad lead, and dont use a mic or communicate at all, or call support.
Great game tho, I cant get away from it, and that wahts makes me mad.
