Search for those 2 lines :
ParanoidDeviceLostChecking=1
AllowJoystickInput=1
And replace 1 by 0, like this :
ParanoidDeviceLostChecking=0
AllowJoystickInput=0
Might help
Disabling OneFrameThreadLag ( and maybe framerate smoothing )might give better mouse input sensivity too.
The program is named "Logitech Setpoint" and can be found on logitech website for logitech mouses only of course ( and some other device like keyboards ) .
I also have a G500 and never had problems with it but one thing to know is that setting the refresh rate to it maximum at 1000Hz means it send infos each millisecond, 500 is recommended as the higher you go the higher the cpu will be used when moving the mouse.
Your cpu is good enough but this game use a lot of CPU so maybe there is some bottleneck here, can be the motherboard USB port too sometimes.
Make a simple test at 1000Hz with nothing running on the pc with 0% of cpu used, then while on the desktop move the mouse the faster you can all around while having the windows monitoring tool to see the cpu usage displayed, you will probably see the cpu usage increase and depending of your cpu it can go really high especially on weaker cpu's ( which is not the case for you but depending of how much the game eats of you cpu it would explain the freeze while moving ) .
With my 3770K @4Ghz when doing this simple test and monitoring it with some tools, it goes to a overall 7% of my CPU used more or less ( 8 threads a 4Ghz ), one of the threads reaching 56.9% and another one 43% on the spikes when moving the cursor of my mouse the faster i can on my screen ... ( others are almost idle ).
One thing you can do is monitoring your CPU usage while in game with MSI afterburner ( for the overlay part , don't mess with the overclocking tools unless you know what you do ) coupled with HWiNFO to display the cpu used core by cores etc when this happens ( bit too long to detail it here but there is some tutorials explaining how to do this, a simple google search with " HWiNFO msi afterburner tuto " should bring some )
Sorry for the wall of text, hope this helps a bit.

Didn't knew that now setpoint is replaced by gaming software ( i don't find anymore setpoint avalaible on G500 download page now so i think they totally replaced it ) , didn't liked it much with the g510 will have to try it again, tanks for the tip.
Rising Storm 2 suddenly got a direct input error I think.
Ive played perfectly since release.. and a week ago when I was about to play it suddenly lagged as f^ck when moving the mouse. And it is only when moving the mouse. The fps drops hard to and the screen just stuttering. When I only use WASD or hold down mouse button 2 ( Or any other mouse button) it works as usual with 100 + fps in game as well on the menues. So it is only when moving the mouse normally, when I aim or about to server browse etc.
The problem exist only in Rising Storm 2. I´ve tried downloaded a new Dinput8.dll file, changing all the settnings in game. Different resolutions, turned off/on V-sync, etc. But I cant see why that should matter when just recently its been working perfectly with a solid FPS right until now.
I got the following specs so it shouldnt really be a problem:
i7 6700k
GTX 1070 8GB
32 gb RAM
SSD
Etc.
Please, fellow gamers.. Help me solve this. I go fkn mayhem on my computer soon. Havnt been able to play for like 10 days straight.
Kind regards..
