It may be old but still the best ww2 fps at the moment i think. Games are not just graphics and gameplay, nothing really beats the atmosphere or "soul" of this game.
The tank combat is superior to both warthunders & GHPC, with accurately moddled crew movement & vehicle interiors. The external graphics & sounds are not as good as warthunder however.
The only thing letting this game down in 2023 is unreal engine map sizes, graphics & arbitrary player numbers at 64. Everything else it usually is far, far superior to competing titles.

insluting people on the forums so harshly is against the rules
Great game, terrible people.
The way the game works, there is an attacking side, and a defending side. The side that is defending will be doing what you refer to as "camping" meaning they hold a defensible position at the cap points while shooting at the attackers.
So you are technically correct, but in a very misleading way.
Post scriptum is not dead, still has an active community with at least one server up daily. No issues playing it if you want to. Glad to hear RO2 is still going though.
Look at his post history and the first page has maybe 2 questionable comments but nothing "harsh"
EDIT: Well, considering you called it a "camper sim" that must only mean you don't actually play the game.
