What is "DIgital Deluxe"?

For RS/RO2, what is that? I don't see what I get if I buy that instead of the 'regular' one.

It instantly unlocks a few weapons for a few classes (instead of having to level up to get them), gives you TF2 hats, and Killing Floor skins.

I don't understand why Steam has a "Digital Deluxe" version of lots of games and gives absolutely ZERO information on what the difference is, other than a big price difference. Seems like really stupid marketing. I was obsessed with Red Orchestra back in the day when it was just a mod for UT2K4, but now I go to look at it and am very unclear on what to actually buy. I think Rising Storm comes with the RO2 multiplayer content, but its hard to tell. Glad to see this mod crew get a retail deal, but its sure a lot less clear whats what than with the mod.

Mind you that the unlocked weapons are still locked to classes with a limited amount of slots. Combine that with the fact that because they're limited and rare so you shouldn't play them till level 30 it's sort of useless.
