Is there a single player with GOTY?

I purchased Rising Storm GOTY edition. When I look in my library I see a Rising Storm Beta, a Red Orchestra beta, and a Rising Sun/Red Orchestra Multiplayer. Is there a single player campaign somewhere, or an I totally confused and should not have bought this, as i don't ejoy MP's? Is this multiplayer only?

Why don't you enjoy Multiplayer? Are you on a 56k ??

That is the essence of a FPS. The bots on Veteren and above are straight up cheating anyway...

Multiplayer is where its at.... and there are servers that are empty that you can join and fight the bots if you want...

But its lonely in there and no where near as fun.


Oh and the Beta's are not what you want to engage in unless you want to help the Devs test new things.

RS/RO multiplayer is what you want, even if you think you don't... you do.

No, we have 40 mb/s fiber now. I just find too many campers in online multi shooters. Long on, bang, you're dead, repeat........ad nauseam.

You recieve the single player campaign if you own RO2, buying Rising Storm only gives you full access to both RS and RO2 multiplayer, but no single player campaign ( I know, TWI handled this strangely). I should also mention that the SP campaign is a joke, it's just the MP maps with bots and the bot's AI is terrible. I would never suggest this game to anyone looking for a singler player game, it's downright atrocious in that aspect. Where the game truely shines, as SavageHenry said, is the online multiplayer.

As others have said, Rising Storm has no single player mode per-se. However the single player mode in Red Orchestra 2 is quite poor, you wont be missing much bar the level's opening animations. Its bots Vs player, and the bots are so bananas in their actions its generally not worth it.

Oh well. I should have asked before I bought. My bad. Fortuantely, I only wasted $4.95.

Also a great sp story like wolfenstein is better than any mp game in my books , I hate FPS in mp i like the sp story the only good mp is mmo or destiny the rest are borring . But you see i know i am right because thats my choice as you are also just dont try to push your way of gaming on me because to me its not gaming .

I know your comment is old... But can you suggest another WW2 game with single player and good weapon ballistics?
