Running install script ()

I keep having a problem with this game beacause when I try to launc it it says running install script () and I dont know what to do. This doesnt happen only with this game.

1) First you could check if game files are Ok.

Right click on Rising Storm/Red Orchestra 2 Multiplayer in Steam then choose Properties > Installed Files > Verify Integrity of Game Files.

After this try to launch the game.

2) If 1) is not working, after a quick search with Google, it might be related to punkbuster, the anticheat for this game:

METHOD 2:
1) Navigate to this folder:
C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Red Orchestra 2\Binaries\Windows
2) Run pbsvc_hos to reinstall punkbuster.

Try running the redist directly from the game directory, its in une of the sub direcorties somewhere.
