Game keeps crashing.
Game keeps crashing usually right as its about to change levels.
It also crashes my steam along with it.
Any idea how to fix?

The game crashes every time i want to voice-chat in the game. i press the key and the game plus steam is down.

I have the same problem, no Nvidia, just AMD. It crashes mid-game with no warning whatsoever, it just crashes. Not just RO2, but the Steam Client.

This seems to be happening on some of my other games, namely Chivalry: Medieval Warfare.

Although my Company of Heroes 2 doesn't seem to be plagued by the same problem.

Its likely I'm getting the problem with only those two games is because I've only played those three for the past few months.

I am also getting these game and steam crashes. Just happened to me at the end of a round. Doesn't happen every time. But every time the crash does happen it always crashes the Steam client as well.

Windows 8.1
Nvidia EVGA GTX 670 FTW in SLI
i7-3770k @ 4.5GHz
16GB DDR3

If Steam crashes as well there is a chance the problem is caused by the Steam beta, you might want to opt out of it(for now).

Yes I am in steam beta, I wonder if anyone else who is having the problem is.

The game and steam crash when I change maps, sometimes in the middle of a game (thought I was hitting some sort of weird key but that's not the case), and also when I disconnect from a server. It's horribly annoying and just started today after I updated Geforce Experience (though there may have been an update to the game I may have forgetten).

I have the exact same problem as you, but im not in the Steam beta. Im quite sure that's not the issue.

i have been getting the same problem as your op but i am having it regardless of steam beta iv opted in and out same problem i think the crashing was caused by the patch the developers are looking into it i believe but i hope they hurry iv tried several things to fix it off steam and tripwire forums and nothing seems to help

Same issues here guys. Windows 8.1 with nvidia gtx 670. Game close without a error and steam too. I use normal steam i tried steam beta and got same issue. Sometimes steam close and game crash and i need close process! Very strange started after may update!

Additional: I also get a Message that the Communication with PB has stopped working.

If you start RO2/RS and then ALT+TAB to your desktop, start Task Manager, click Services and check if both PnkBstrA and PnkBstrB are running.
I have got the feeling that for you, only PnkBstrA is running. If so, you'll probably have to reinstall PunkBuster manually.

same like you since 5 days :
Steam & Ro2 close alone (with no message) in the same time after 1 to 30 mns of playing,....

(w8.1 64b, i7, 8go, gtx 680.....)

WTF ???

Willl check that. Thx. But played now for 2h on a SErver without Problems and then suddenly, complete crash again.
