Japanese machine guns.

I surely can´t be only one thinking that japanese machine guns for machine gunners kinda suck? They just fee like upgraded BAR with bit more ammo per clip but on the other hand can´t be operated without setting it up.

I was thinking how it would affect if japanese machine guns were like mix between: you could use it like BAR - aim down the sights without setting it up, to give it some flexibility, and you could use it like M1919 - from set-up position.

I dunno just wanted to get this off my head...

That would give the Japanese too many shoulder fired automatics, they already have assault troopers with the Type 100 SMGs which the automatic rflemen on the US side replace. Add the fact that you unlock scopes for the Japanese LMGs and you suddenly have shoulder fired automatic sniper rifles on the Japanese team.

They are fine the way they are, I actually prefer them over the M1919, at least the Type 99 LMG, it rips right through the enemy.

Use them correctly and they will pay off immense dividends.

Level up the Japanese machine gunner enough and you can use the US MG/BAR. ♥♥♥ MGs are pretty good as far as accuracy goes. Also bayonets.

Well it takes some time to get used to the smaller clip but eventually you´ll love the all of the ♥♥♥♥ weapons,including the LMG

I way prefer the Japanese type 99 LMG to the American .30cal. When you get level 50 you get a scope. Essentially you're a sniper with a big clip. In desperate situations you also can STAB mofos with your LMG, which is rare, but makes you feel buff.

I really like the Japanese Type 92 HMG. I think it's the most fun heavy machine gun to use.

I don't think you can aim down sights with the Japanese Light Machine Guns. Because the Type 96 is 20lbs and the Type 99 is 23lbs. Pretty heavy for a Japanese soldier. And the BAR is 15lbs.

LOL! Sounds like you enjoy using em. I cant get the aim down. I do decently with the German mg 34 but pretty much suck on other army mgs.

I didn't like it until i picked up someone else's scoped mg. Now i have it too, it's that awesome.

Well I guess I am only one then. Should probably just play more machine gunner then... And I am surprised that there were no "you just suck", "l2p" etc. comments Red Örchestra 2/ Rising Störm community seems to be nicest I know of.
