Blood and Gore
So I was looking to get this game now that its so cheap ( on sale :) ) , but I was wondering, I'm not really likely to get it if it has tons o' blood and guts, so is it super gorey/bloody? I know they have a turn of gore option, but how well does that work? Does it make gore and blood completely nonexistant or what?

Well I dunno how the no gore option looks as I like maximum carnage. Shooting limbs and heads off people with the AT rifle is one of the funniest things I have ever seen.

But enough about my problems, I don't think it is too bad. During an arty strike people turn to red mist, you may come across a torso, a leg etc.

There is an option to turn off gore in the options menu.

With gore on you can expect bodies laying in blood, soldiers losing limbs when hitted by an exlosion or getting cut in pieces by a katana.
When you turn off gore it will remove all violent visuel effect in the game

I don't really play with the violence settings ramped up for much reason other than the fear of pushing my computer too far with the graphic requirements.

Plus there's probably a good thing in not having it too realistic.
