Questions about Rising Storm Digital Deluxe Edition

Okay, so I'm kinda confused about the digital deluxe edition.
If you buy it, does it give you all the unlocks for weapons?
Oh, also, how do you get like the different character skins in the game?
(Like the Japanese Soldier with the Japan headband or the spotted uniform for the US soldier)

By the way, what do some people have the gold rank symbol, while some don't?

If someone could help me, I would really appreciate it :D

Digital Deluxe just unlocks certain weapons right away. It doesn't give you all the unlocks. You get the different skins when you level up to hero which is also the gold rank symbol.

Do you happen to know what guns the Digital Deluxe Edition unlocks?

It unlocks the trench gun (shotgun) for the Americans and I believe the Type 99 rifle for the Japanese. It also gets you the Deluxe unlocks for RO2 which would be the MKB and scoped G43 for the Germans and the AVT and scoped SVT for the Russians.
