How to 'Crew' a Tank

A few of us operate 'crewed' tanks in game quite well. The trick is that it is a co-operation exercise not a individual play as I want thing. Responsibilities are divided and internal communication is essential. First rule is always be buttoned up, driving around like Rommel's 2nd cousin out of TC hatch sure way to catch a bullet to the brain housing group, and shooting driver out of open T-34 driver hatch also pretty simple. MY hobby as marksman is to shoot the FNG with his head out of the hatches.

Like a real tank crew the TC or Tank Commander is the end all in decesion making. Where the tank should go, prioritize targets, communicate with TL.
The Gunner searches for targets within the 45* front arc, as well and prioritizes, and if TC has a higher priority target outside of FoF shifts fire accordingly. T-34 TC and gunner one in the same so does both, PzKw has seperate gunner while TC is in cupola with vision blocks.
Driver is responsible to follow the TC's direction but is free to take the most covered and fastest route and place tank in cover hull down, or off set to target. He then assists in targert location
Bow gunner protects the front of the tank from bad guys, and assists in supressing infantry targets to his front.

Our little 'crew' is very successful in game as we understand the roles required. One guy our driver never even drove a real military AFV but caught on real quick in game, and he is fantastic putting us where I want him, when we need to be there.
