From the side between 3rd and 4th wheel in 90 degree angle is sure way to blow up T-34 in couple of shots or just one if you get lucky.
https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=418443321 subscribe to that map, open up RO2 go to Steam Workshop from the menu, select tank gunnery map, then when you are in open up console (with whatever key you have it binded to) and write "Allammo" (without quotes).
Now you got plenty of stationary tanks to shoot to from multiple angles with infinite ammo, so no need to run back and forth to get resupplied.
Have fun practicing and learning the weak spots.

Pretty much what I've been looking for the entire time. Cheers! Hopefully all this info helps out others who stumble across this thread as well.

There is a spot just left of the MG so kinda aim above the left track and slightly to the right.(just left and a tad up from the MG port) its kinda random though but can one shot the T34
The important thing that I've learnt, is not to think of the 'armor plating' itself as the hitbox. The hitbox (ammo/crew/engine) itself lies WITHIN the body of the tank. So you have to account for angle, how much the turret is turning in contrast to the hull, etc. I've found the most effective way to destroy tanks is being on the second floor (no more, no less), it normally has the right amount of angle to penetrate the turret ring of the T-34.
I believe you can too kill the gunner from the front (turret ring). That has happened to me many times since I started taking advice from this thread. In fact, it's better to aim below the right cheek of the frontal turret (I reiterate, turret ring) where the gunner seats. It's happened to me once before where my bullet went through the gunner and hit the ammorack behind him. Killing the tank instantly within 1 shot to the front. Just to clear up some air.
You've obviously never used an AT rifle against a Panzer IV. Or played bridges as the tank against skilled AT gunners.
I just described that it is possible to destroy a tank (in particular a T-34) by engaging nose to nose. A couple of hours ago, I destroyed a T-34 with two shots to the front (right turret ring) at over 100 meters.
I don't deny that it's quite possibly the worst idea to engage an enemy tank of any kind from the front. But i'm talking about situational engagements, where I might be forced to engage a tank from the front.
Those situational engagements are quite the norm for some maps, so Ivan, hold your tongue.
This is a worthwhile discussion to be had.
I've noticed that if you fire at the corner of the T-34 ring from an angle of 45 degrees, you'll get the mini-explosions that indicate damage. A couple of shots like that tend to blow the t-34 up. I've only confirmed it on the 45* to the right t-34 facing you where the glacis and hull meet.
