Currently there are two unranked servers but they are unpopulated most of the time. If you join the group you'll get prompts telling you when the events are happening, that's the only time they really fill up.

New Russian MG
I wish there were more players, mod breathes new life into RO2
Being played right now, click the IP in the link to join.
is the russian victory song also a part of the mod?
They are going to add detachable bayos, cloaks/zeltbahns, and new weapons like the PTRD.
As someone who plays rifleman a lot, this is even more of a meat-grinder than RO1 and Darkest Hour were, coupled with the awful latency from the official server. I can understand the suppression twitches being bad when under MG fire, but even RPD/PPsh round suppression is awfully bad. Lastly is the fact that the death-screen-fade once you die seems unnecessarily long, especially since sometimes you can still be waiting for up to 19 seconds to spawn again since you've missed the last queue due to the death fade.
Everything else about the mod is wonderful, though lastly the weapon shouldering - something that's longer for all weapons and for good reason - for the standard rifle seems slightly too long. However this might partly be due to my connection, so it's hard to comment for sure. That taken into account, raising the weapon to your shoulder (as long as it's not as heavy as the BAR, anyways) shouldn't be quite as pokey; the thing that takes time is accurately aligning the sights.
But arent you happy with the all new badly needed mg42 for the germans that up to this time have been stragling with the underpowered mg34 ?! (sarcasm)
Seriously tripwire you should prioritize when it comes to realising new content and new patches.A second overpowered mg next to an already overpowered mg is not what the game needs ...
