i want to change the current voice acting, it sounds cringey.

Have you tried the native voices setting? RS does that already, but default for RO2 is to have the enemy voices in their native language and your team speaking English with an accent. Enabling native voices means each country uses its native language even when you're on that team. So if you're playing on the Russians, the voices from your team will be speaking Russian rather than English. I personally think it sounds a lot better that way, more immersive.

i really dont like SOME of their voices, hte voice acting is great from the performers but the voices of them makes me cringe.
