Server welcome screen freeze

Hello, I am new to this game so I don't really know much about how to fix some issues. Every time I join any server, I get the server welcome screen, on which my game freezes for like 15 seconds, so I can barely pick the side I wanna play as, or class I wanna be. It's not game breaking issue, but it's pretty annoying. Wot do?

I think everyone gets that, i also get it. The reason i say everyone gets that is because as soon as you unfreeze you get the class pick menu and nobody else has picked yet, they all pick right after unfreeze
