This game was perfect. A flash in the pan not seen before or since. The right mix of realism and fun, without a "resource metagame" that gets neglected by players and leads to failed matches. Commanders and Squad Leads have simple jobs. The gunplay is amazing even a decade later. Game flows crisp and smooth. I really wish we had a modern version of this game, and not HLL or whatever. I mean this. Pure Ostfront pain.

played one match and it was already worth the purchase. would love less bots and more players though because the game deserves it.
