Rank Advancement Points

I am looking for the original point totals to advance to each rank. This information is no longer on line at all. The rank of Flight Officer could be automatically earned for completing one of the Pilot Proving Grounds, but also had a point value. And, not a lot of people knew this at the time, but completing *all* training (every proving course and historical mission) earned an automatic advancement to Lieutenant. Still, would be nice to know what the point values required are for each rank.

Thanks! Based on the above guide, as well as some additional research, all point totals appears to be as follow:

Flight Cadet: 0
Flight Officer: 10,000 [or complete Level 5 of Flight Training]*
Lieutenant: 50,000 [or complete all flight and historical training]**
Captain: 100,000
Commander: 250,000
General: 500,000

Kalidor Crescent: 10,000
Bronze Cluster: 12,000
Silver Talons: 14,000
Silver Scimitar: 16,000
Golden Wings: 18,000
Diamond Eyes: 20,000

* Some guides state Flight Officer (without completing any training at all, is granted at 25,000 points. This may have been a difference between the stock version of X-Wing and the CD Special Edition.

** Original training missions ONLY. B-wing flight training is not calculated into advancement towards Lieutenant.
