Runtime Error

I can't start lovebeat from steam as it gives an runtime error saying that 'This application has requested the Runtime to terminate it in an unusual way.
Please contact the application's support team for more information.'
Has anybody hasd this issue and knows how to resolve it?

If it doesn't work, I need to investigate your error in details. If then, would you please give me more detailed information as in following via email([e-mail])?

- Your Steam account (or profile link is available)
- When does the error occur? Every time right after you start the game?
- Screenshot of the error window
- Your computer's Dxdiag.txt file : 1) Press Windows Key + R, 2) Type DxDiag and press Enter, 3) In the DxDiag window, click Save All Information, 4) Name the file "dxdiag" and click Save, 5) Exit the DirectX Diagnostic Tool.

This is happening for me too. I've tried restarting my computer but when Love Beat crashes I have to restart it again.

I'm also getting the same error message. I tried to reinstall the game multiple times but, nothing works. I am using Window 10 and Microsoft Edge already. I hope anyone can help.
