i know this server is not as big as the korean server but still, there's plenty of people who spend lots of money in this game and i think the bare minimum that you guys could do is to give us actually good music.

if we had more variaty of songs we OBVIOUSLY would get more players and more attention to the game, because, after all, this is a rhythm game....
there are so many artists and variety of songs in LB Korea but what do we get? no copyrighted songs?? artists that we never heard of?? no language songs variation?? where are the thai, portuguese, chinese and korean songs? seriously with the amount of players that spend hundreds of dollars in this game i expected it to be at least close to the korean server level, but in 1 year of migration from the latin/brazilian server, we still got almost no improvement, and honestly, it's frustrating. like our money is being invested where? for what??? clearly not in the game.

also the price of items, like you guys raised the price for almost everything in the store and expected us to be happy about it and not even to mention the Beat items, why can't we buy PERM beat clothes?? you guys could also add more beat items, maybe pretty ones too... not everyone has or want to spend money on online games and these players should have the opportunity to have nice outfits like everyone else.

i think that's it for now, i can't think of anything else to complain about.

I have a concern about the challenger event.
It is not my intention to got disconnected during the match, and got a penalty of 1hr before playing it again. I don't know if it's just a coincidence but it happened to me 3 times already with different players. I disconnect out of nowhere when I am already winning and the song is near to end (so it's crazy to think that I did it on purpose)
I understand that you did this to avoid players from cheating but mine is really un-intentional. Besides, you already gave a consequence once a player disconnect intentionally or not, (the +1 lose)
It's okay for me if the penalty is only 5 to 10 mins or even 20, but the 1 hour penalty is too much. I have work and the only time I have to do this event is 3 to 5 hrs. I have one last match left this day and got disconnected at 2:48 PM PHT. Then I got the penalty of 1hr so I can only play by 3:50 pm near the reset (4pm PHT). Imagine the pressure?
I'm spending my time daily in completing this event because I really want the reward. It's only 2 days before the event is over and this happened.
Now I only have 10mins chance to not waste all those daily struggle in completing the event and getting the reward. 😐

AGAIN HAVING PROBLEMS WITH THIS EVENT, when it matched me with someone and i was in the room waiting my game closed, i returned, there was no penalty, i start another match, i win, IT COUNTED AS A LOSS AND I GOT A PENALTY?

You have way too many sweaty players that expects level 5 players to be pro at 288 BPM bomb songs. You should do a level progression where each level unlocks higher BPM songs. That way beginners can adjust to the game without any issues. If a non-beginner alt wants to join they can checkmark that they already know how to play the game. Otherwise good game. I prefer this to AO and o2Jam. Just way too many pros placing expectations on beginners to do "well".

Can you bring back the OG songs from original lovebeat? coz i swear i don't know all of the songs in there since it's mostly spanish or it's just me -.- i wanna go back playing this game but all of the songs are boring.

i know i and other players have brought this up in the past but can you please bring back perm beat clothes?or at the very least let us use them on our pets instead of hearts? like beat pang pang and team pang pang are kinda useless game modes at this point. i mean whats the point of getting a bunch of beats if you can only use them for clothes up to 30 days and then they go away
