Help me figure out Ending 19 [Spoilers]

So first up I put Spoilers in the title so don't complain, only got 2 endings left, 1 being the Coffee ending so only 1 to go, I found a freaking Diamond and what looks like a scaled eye, my hammer has failed me, help please.

What I know so far.

Diamond:
Next to the clocks under the instructions are some symbols B?, D1, D7, ?4 and ??.
Follow the Panda Ending the counter and a box comes out the right, the box states D4.
Then follow the Satanic Ending until you get the grid, think of the grid as A-G along the top and 1-7 along the side.
D1, D4 and D7 is easy, the other 2 I got after messing around, I tried using B? and ?4 together and then mirrored it, so F4.
After putting thoese 5 in the D4 box opens to reveal a Diamond.

Scaled Eye:
At the ending of the Bombing Ending the letters YRBB are freaking out in the sentence.
Thanks to AndreS for spoting that.
Get you screwdriver and crack open those colours, pop them in and enjoy your scaled hole.

Any ideas or help would be great!

i'm lost on these two as well...and no idea what to do with that 4x6 punch card thing that you get from the clocks either.

It's another code for the roman numerals, count the brown squares from the bottom up.

ohh ok, i had to make the clocks switch over from a new different day at midnight, seems it will only pump out one code per day, and each day is different. Interesting

take the colours YRBB for the closed crack or whatever that is. put the number 4020 in the numpad (lever to the left) and it opens. put the crystal in the hole and put the new button. new ending!

(these are the symbols also found at the illuminati ending)

I didnt figured that 4020 out, i read that somewhere in a discussion....If everybody have find the hint on their own, its harder to solve. You should read the other threats on steam here too, but nobody have a solution to the last ending yet (the ending before coffee, you know), and I dont have any idea myself ;P

Can't remember what one is 17 at the mo, what space is missing on your wall?
I might throw all the endings in a guide seeing as the prev guides aren't up to date.
