Sorry about that. I've corrected it.
For 12 you have to enter the top half of the equation into the number pad, then the missing look-and-say number (instruction 3) into the four digit pad which unlocks, then listen to the soundtrack and repeat the tune that plays.
You have to have done all the endings to get the coffee ending. Check the yelllow lights on the bottom left to see which endings you don't have. They correspond to which endings you've done 1 2 3 etc
"Enter 08234 into the numpad." is just an instruction. How do you arrive at these numbers???
The mathematics are irrelevant - 8367 and 8232.
The instructions are out of order, and the number that results is 1243.
"GRYB".
The 0010001 comes from treating the blue squares on the instructions as zeroes and the red ones as ones.
The asteroids, the tones are in the background music.
The panda number is scratched into the pop-out box.
1=11=21= =111221=312211
1=1
one one
1=2
one two
1=1
one one
11
another one one
1211
Not sure about the 221=312211 part though.
(Also, I think I get an achievement for using an emoticon, so here you go:
"BLARGH".
"UPHURGHLE".
It's not a typo.
It's exactly what it says.

If this is your way of being cryptic, may I remind you that this is a thread where the answers have already been posted, and where I've 100%-ed the game and uninstalled it.
