Changing the language

I accidently hit like Chinese or something when starting the game, as I was distracted and I am looking at how I can change it to English. I even deleted all local content through steam and redownloaded it and its coming up still. :-/ Any tips on how to fix that?

You need click on second line in menu (upper-left icon), then you can select language.
