HELP! Ending 17 for Please, Don't Touch Anything! [SPOILERS]

Because i said SPOILERS in the title, i expect that nobody will be surprised if i give out answers.
From what i have found, nobody has found out ending 17 yet. I am here to give my info so you guys can help solve it with me.
What I know so far:
1. If you screwdriver the instructions, a clock panel appears.
2. In order to get the lines to match perfectly, you have to set your computer time to midnight, come back, then press the triangle button.

After this, I do not know what to do with the slip of paper that comes out.

I don't understand. What would it be if this was the slip: - = light squares 0 = dark square
