How to get the Perfectionist achievement?
It looks like the achievement has actually changed in the last few months (zzz) so what do you need to do to get it? I read everywhere unlock #16 but on the actual game page it says #22. So the entire game with 0 missclicks? But people that had the game a few month ago had to do something different?

Well, one thing is clear, you have to finish the whole game (again), i.e. all the endingds, in order to get the 'Perfectionist' achievement.

I haven't done it myself yet, but as far as I know, Restarts don't count as a 'wrong' button or click, so you can use that.

But I think you have to do the bombing minigame without any miss, just as for the 'Red Baron' achievment, and in just one try. So it's best to try that one first. The same goes for the 'Blood clot' ending, with that baby demon (?), you have to finish that one in time and on the first try.

But I have no idea how to do the ending with the spawning red buttons, because I suppose they also count as a wrong click if you press any of them more than once..

Just a tip- They always spawn in the same pattern, and you aren't timed. So once you can get through the first handful of them, for the last one, just remember all the empty slots.

Also, I don't know if it's accurate or not, but I think if you click the 276 counter one too many times, it invalidates the achievement too. So be careful with the 276/666 clicks.

Okay, good to know..

I will practice this end a bit, count the buttons, count the clicks, and if amount of buttons equals amount of clicks in the end, you know that you got it right :)

And yes, I can confirm your other point, the game definitely keeps track of the counter button, if I remember it correctly, you get an achievement for the first time you clicked that button for the 277th time.

So be careful here, that's true
Help! Is there any tips on fighting the baby demon? How the hell am I supposed to beat him in time AND not make any misclicks at all?! I guess I'll just have to practice my precision, but when I try to hammer as fast as possible, if I click too fast I'll only hammer once and I'd have to start all over again because of that misclick! Stanley ending is way easier. At least that doesn't have a timer.

Each tumor thing takes three clicks, and you can actually move somewhat leisurely with that ending. Just breathe. :P

I'm pretty certain that the hammer action does not count as button clicks, so no need to worry if you miss one of those ugly blood clots. You just have to finish it in time.

Why wouldn't they? Do clicks not count to the total for that segment? So I can spam the mouse button, too?

As far as I know, they don't count, yes.

I usually did this ending the safe way, too, i.e. 3 hammer clicks on the broken button, one for the baby, and exactly three for all of the blood clots, then one on the baby to finish that part, and so on.

I managed to do this without any problems, but I messed up another ending later, thus had to restart again. And this time I misclicked once on one blood clot, but continued anyway, because I didn't want to restart again, and it actually worked in the end, to my own surprise..
dude, ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥. don't tell me "button presses" mean all those buttons on the machine... Because I would feel so stupid... But that's kinda dumb.

I just did what I was 100% sure was a Perfect run with the new 25 endings and it did not pop.

At first I was baffled that for every new update, the perfectionist achievement seems to be something not easily achieveable. Last time when it had 22 endings I keep pressing too many buttons. Now with 25 endings I finally got the achievement and immediately regretted because future updates might end up making this achievement more challenging.

Just confirming that the achievement still works. And at least only button presses counts and not all the mouse clicks.
You can remove the achievement with SAM(Steam Achievement Manager). I think I might, for an All Steam Achievements speedrun! Maybe. Probaby not anytime soon, but I dunno.
