Nvidia GTX 960 no compatible con DirectX 9

Does not accept the installation to have more current version , there is a DirectX 11 graphics card (GeForce GTX 969 ) and Windows 8.1

I got this error recently, too. It seems to appear pretty random. Just retry starting the game until it works. For me, usually every 4th try it starts.

Thanks , I did it many times , until closing and opening Steam, was uninstalled and reinstalled without success. The strange thing is that I played perfect a week without problems with DirectX 9 Steam option offers . :-(
