I'd like to imagine if the guys who owned the place had a choice between a kid-friendly Chica that would look a bit like the old Chica or a kid-friendly Chica with Panties, Boobs(yes she has boobs), and will have tons of people starting to fall in love with her all because she's smocking hot

Its like Chuck from Chuck E Cheese is a "boy". It is just for the kids who visit the place.

But Scott openly said Chica was the only girl in the first game, and the guy on the phone in game tends to describe them under a gender (minus the puppet.)
