Still can't play these games WTF!?

This always happens to me with Fnaf1, 2 and 3. And I just bought the third game and I can't play any of them! I open it up it goes to full screen, gives me a black screen and the cursor shows it's loading then it minimizes the game automatically and when i click on the minimized game this process repeats. It has done this with all the games and I submitted 3 tickets about it in the past year and Steam has (to my knowledge) done NOTHING about it. telling me that 'they are looking into the issue and NO ONE will be notified on whether or not it has been fixed at any point in time' (not to mention giving me only a $5.00-refund to an issue that pertained to inability to play FNAF and FNAF2 (which was $5 and 7$ each that I paid for, not to mention a user suggested I clean the game's data files which by the way wiped fnaf2 from my library for some reason, despite not doing it to fnaf1) which is STUPID considering steam is the ONLY way to play the games, excluding iOS and Android, which I cannot use because my phone doesn't have enough RAM on it plus my phone is unsupported anyways. All I know about the problem is that the issue is that it's going to fullscreen. Can't they just solve the problem by allowing a screensize resolution setting for the freaking game. I honestly don't prefer fullscreen play, but I would more than deal with it. That is, if it would ♥♥♥♥ing work! I heard other people say it is because of background processes or currently running programs. I would startup my computer. have NOTHING open but the game and this problem would still arise! Steam either needs this fixed or just have a physical CD-release for the PC. Cuz this is ♥♥♥♥ing ridiculous.
And do we really need the "Contact Support" button link you to scottgames.com which the only link that page has is Question or comments? contact at [e-mail], which when you do you always get this automated-response. :

I love the game series and all and I haven't ever been able to play them at all!
On Steam, NO OTHER game does this but fnaf1, fnaf2, and fnaf3. Not a single one else.

Same problem happens to me. It's easy to fix. When it minimizes, just click on it again and then move the mouse slightly up and keep clicking until it finally goes. Trust me it works. If it don't, then when it's in fullscreen do alt enter then it will put it in windowed mode, and it will run good. I'm a computer geek, I know a lot about this stuff, if none of those solutions work, I suggest jsut playing them on an iOS or Android device, instead of windows. If you do not have one, you may be forced to get a new graphics card, because sounds like if your computer's graphics card can't handle FNAF, it might not be able to handle most games. It's best if you get a graphics card. I have an AMD Radeon and it works fine. Kinda a cheap and not that good graphics card, but its okay. If you really want a REALLY good one, try Intel Core i-5 or Intel Core i-7. Intel has really good graphics cards.

Better asnwer, do you have two or more monitors? Because the ENGINE hates them, unplug (Or disable) all but one and then give it a try. If you don't want to, and you have one that at most goes up to 1280x1024, then plug THAT in and make it your primary monitor.

The issue arises from trying to set the resolution, which it can't figure out how to do on multi monitor setups. It doesn't seem to respect the set resolution ether, I can only assume it uses the monitor's EDID settings or some such black magic and that fluffs everything up.

none of that works, I have a 4k monitor.. would that effect anything?

All you need to do is go to your library, right click on the game, go to properties, click browse file location, right click on the only icon in the folder and troubleshoot problems and click try reccomended settings, it worked for me! hope this helps :D
