Springtrap can teleport?

Okay so I was on Night 5. I saw Springtrap all the way on CAM 09. Then I saw him run past my window to the left side door a second later. WTF.

Similar problem on the same Night. I'm guessing it happened a bit after a Phantom attack to you too... and in my case, I can confirm he could appear in multiple cameras at the same time

It's happened to me occasionally. If he teleports I found it to be better to just to say screw it and restart the night.

Or restart the game itself, actually. Today I restarted Night 5 for 10 times and each time the same crab happened.

Ouch. Luckily that never happened to me. Worst thing I had happen was BB phantom scare, followed immediately by Foxy scare, another BB scare as soon as I opened my cam again, then another Foxy scare after that.

Mmh. Did you happen to play Night 5 before the Crashfix? Because I'm feeling like it's that update that introduced the glitch. I already sent an email to Cawthon hoping for an explanation, or at least that he checks on this. I'd like to point out that while I played Night 4's secret and the night itself perfectly, I also played Night 5's secret. It's after that that I got the glitch, and I have not yet tested if the secret glitched the game up or not. If that's the case, I'll find out next time I boot the game up.

I played it before the Crashfix.

Then that could be the problem. Which reminds me... I had forgotten to check on Puppet's minigame anyway, so not being able to win is coincidentally convenient.

That is convenient. I stumbled onto Chica's minigame my first playthrough. Restarted it once I realized there were other Minigames beforehand.

Springtrap was in CAM10 and then he killed me when I brought the camera down.

You might be experiencing the multi-Springtrap hallucination, where several Springtraps appear but only one is real. So in this case, the real one was outside your office, while you were looking at a fake Springtrap.

I think the hallucination appears on the animatronics menu in the extras, too, that may explain why there are two spring traps.
