Five Nights at Freddy's 3

Five Nights at Freddy's 3

Springtrap is actually torn up bonnie.
Before I begin I want to inform you that I will be calling springtrap "ST."

Okay so you might already be saying that it isn't bonnie because it's name is "ST" but that could just be a nickname or maybe even a dark secret that we haven't noticed yet (like not the latter but you never know what to expect froman fnaf game.)

First of all, the spring part of "ST" could refer to the way a rabbit/bunny "springs" up into the air though the name likely doesn't reference anything it's still a theory.

Furthermore, Withered Bonnie and "ST" are sitting in the same pose in the advertisements for fnaf 2 and 3. (Back agains the wall with arms curved and on the floor and legs angled towards ceiling.)

Scott has also said that he found Bonnie the scariest and even had numerous nightmares about him so it would make since for him to put Bonnie in all 3 games.

I should also note that there's a phantom animatronic for all characters except Bonnie .

If you read the phrases the came up on the fnaf3 trailer then you would have noticed "He will come back." And "He always does." This is the first game showing "ST" so that means he IS one of the original 4 animatronics (the ones that appear in every fnaf game.) If you Bonnie's in every game and the trailer refers to it as "He" so that rules out chica. If you paid close attention you may have also seen bonnie slowly look towards the screen after "He always does."

"ST" doesn't wear a tophat, unlike Freddy, but he Does have Bonnie's ears, ruling out Freddy and further proves my point.

Foxy also has no similarities.

You may still think I'm wrong because "ST" is green and broken. Things mold, wear down, malfunction, etc. over 30 years.

Now let's talk easter eggs.
A picture of "ST" can randomly appear on camera 10 and it looks quite a lot like Bonnie.
A Bonnie paper plate doll can appear above the box of animatronic parts in your office.
A Bonnie figurine appears on your desk on night 5 (It's kind of hard to see.)

What could all this mean? It could mean I've proved my point of course.

Cave Johnson, were done here.

I don't expect many people to read this entire thing.

He's called Springtrap due to the springlocks. He and Golden Freddy and the original Spring suits, therefore when Purple Guy got locked into Spring Bonnie, he became Springtrap due to trapping Purple Guy.

oNE OF SCOTSS NIGHTS MARES OIRGVTLUEIFBASPEDF
HE HAD A NIGHTMARE THAT BONNIE WAS OUTSIDE HIS DOOR
HE WENT TO CLOSE IT
IT WAS LOCKED
IN FNAF 1 IF A DOOR CANT WORK OR IS LOCKED IT MEAN THE ANIMATRONIC IS ALREADY IN THE OFFICE
THEN HE GOT SCARED WOKE UP AND HE WAS ALIVE!
YEAH!
Oh yeah, I saw that one.
Thanks but spring bonnie is just one of those weird names (and a point proving one. wink wink.) Scott said (in a sort of code like way) that it was named SpringTrap.

That's it's canon name. In-universe it is a Bonnie suit (and is referred to as such by Phone Guy on Night 5).
I can never understand phone guy. But hey. At least I know I was right...or just noticed strange coincidences and it wasn't supposed to be that difficult. Fnaf always seems to up up like that.
