fnaf games keep crashing when opened...pls help

after i launch the game/s after around 7 seconds they crash and puts me to my desktop, no error messages or anything. I have tried to restart my computer and uninstalled the game, cleared cache and even uninstalled steam. I have no idea what to do now and need some help :/

I believe I may have resolved the issue on my systtem. These are the steps that appear to have worked for me:

1. navigate to "C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Five Nights at Freddy's 3" (or the location of the FNAF 3 install

2. right-click properties on the file "FiveNightsatFreddys3.exe"

3. click on the "compatibilty" tab

4. enable both "Disable fullscreen optimization" & "Run program as an administrator"

Apply and OK out of the properties windows.

Launch gane and cross fingers.

i've check, and i notes that my "fivenightatfreddy3.exe" is missing

yea when i go into the five nights at freddys 3 folder on streamapps/common theres nothing there, my other fnaf games dont work either

i have no idea how to fix it i have looked online and everything...

so i have 1-3 and sister loctation...1 and sl work fine but 2 and 3 dont work and close shortly after starting it up, honestly doesnt make sense

Downloaded the second and third game and they both are doing the same thing, crashing after a few seconds....the folders are empty within both of the fnaf games.

ive finally figured this out this has worked for fnaf 2 and 3 for me.

1) right click on the game go to properties local files then validate files

2) go to your files,steam.steamapps,common fnaf2

3) after the games been verified it should now show the .exe in the game file then put it on compatability mode

4) Lastly just repair your steam folder by going on steam top left settings downloads steam library right click repair folders


5) it should play,i hope this worked

when i click repair it just loops, doesnt stop i left it "repairing for about 30 mins. Does anyone know why this happens?

Unistall McAfee safe. This instantly solved the problem for me. McAfee Safe blocks and deletes the games because it detects them as viruses for some reason? You can also choose to turn off real time protection and keep McAfee, But I would just delete it.

Seriously, FNaF 3 when I open it, It keeps crashing from like 6-11 seconds, even when I keep opening the game. I NEED A SOLUTION, I WASTED MY MONEY!!
