Something that's bothered me for a long time is how in the description it sets the film in the 70's but this is obviously a 50's scifi "film/game" as it pays homage to alot of the same techniques and characters of the era.

My take is the characters are living in the 70s, but they're trying to make a sci-fi thing inspired by the 50s. A lot of layers haha.
