Pretty sure the metal ones are more or less safe, they just can't guarantee it.

quaixor, I wouldn't second-guess people on food safety matters! on the website forums they offered tips to people for making some metal items safer - but that involved waxing them or coating them with nylon - which indicates that what you're saying isn't true. nobody said "oh it's probably fine". Do you have a source for what you claim about them probably being safe?

they do food-safe ceramic, but I'm pretty sure it'd be very fragile unless I/even if I scaled the model up, so I disabled it as an option.

Bit late to this party but which fork is closest to the in-game one? Hard to tell from the pictures.

Probably a black plastic one? Those are the ones I got. But the black steel one might be more durable/less likely to randomly snap (though my ones held out). But also the other ones can look nice also.
