I don't know for sure. The levels aren't really counted. There is a sausage count but different levels have various amounts of sausages in them.

Are you're worried about the length of the game? Due to how hard the game is, it will last you a while. I'm 24 hours in and still have many levels left.

86 or 87 depending on if you count a certain puzzle. Some of them are very difficult, so be warned.
