Steam Link - Input not possible anymore (May 2025)

Hello,

Valve recently updated Steam client software for computer and it broke my setup with my Steam Link.

First problem was a black screen and I was able to fix it.

Second and current problem is: I can see the stream from my computer on my tv screen through my physical Steam Link, but no input is possible anymore.

When I am in the Steam Link menu, I can input with either a mouse or a xbox one controler.

As soon as I click on my computer and get into the stream, I can see the mouse from my computer and the mouse from my Steam Link but no input is possible anymore from the Steam Link. The xbox controler is not able to input either.

Valve customer care was unhelpful (I am deeply disappointed).

I checked online and tried several fixes (through firewalls and such things) but nothing seems to fix it.

Could someone help me fix this, please?

Host computer is a recent one (2025) with Windows 11 OS.
Tv is a Samsung Crystal UHD from 2024.
Steam Link is hardware with ethernet wires.
Steam client is updated (problem started from there).
Steam Link is up to date (no new updates since several months).
