Displaying games full screen on iPad from a 16:9 source?

I’m wondering if it’s possible to stream to an iPad using a 4:3 resolution from a 16:9 resolution pc? I’ve tried the setting that says “change desktop resolution to match streaming client” while also setting the game to a 4:3 resolution, but that just sets the game in a window inside the borders of the iPad.

Make sure to add the resolution of your iPad to your video driver as a custom resolution, then choose that ingame
