Moonlight For Samsung Tizen tv (Open Source alternative For Steam Link)
Since Both Valve and Samsung are not helping here is an open source alternative by awesome Devs:

Edit:
The OneLiberty version adds support to HDR, vibration and video codec selection

https://github.com/OneLiberty/moonlight-chrome-tizen
---------
https://github.com/KyroFrCode/moonlight-chrome-tizen

It works GREAT and even better than Steam Link both in term of latency and Image quality but requires some tinkering with the docker installation, don't forget to also install the Sunshine client:

https://github.com/LizardByte/Sunshine

For 2020 tvs (tizen 5.5) onwards since WASM support is required

I follow all steps and I am correctly connected into my TV, but I have the following issue:

--------------------
Platform log view

install MoonLightS.MoonlightWasm
package_path /home/owner/share/tmp/sdk_tools/tmp/MoonlightWasm.wgt
was_install_app return WAS_TRUE
app_id[MoonLightS.MoonlightWasm] install start
app_id[MoonLightS.MoonlightWasm] install failed[118, -19], reason: Parsing error :

Wait for an answer on the GitHub but maybe the issue is the TV year (2019), in that case sorry for not specifying that since it is not made clear by the dev

No problem. Thanks for your answer :)
Any idea if it would be possible to maintain the Steam Link app after the date? Or it will be removed?
Wouldn't it be possible to do like a backup of the Steam Link app to be able to install it later like this solution for Moonlight?
Thanks.

That is not possible, tizen is ♥♥♥♥♥♥ os and does not allow that hence the complicated docker thing to build and send an homebrew app to the tv. At this point if the app is removed your cheapest alternative would be a (2023) firestick but it seems that support for low latency is still to be ironed out

Mine 2021 TV is uploading Moonlight, but with issues anyway. I have crackling sounds using any resolution/frame rate/bit rate. They are quite annoying (especially in dialogs), so you can't even have a pleasure streaming games on TV. Wasn't aware what junk Tizen OS is and how a few apps are available, now I'm stuck with such "great" TV.

How are you connected? Are you able to do wired/Ethernet?

Let me rephrase the problem.
I have a PC where i stream games into my Samsung TV.
I launched Big picture from Moonlight.
Sound went to TV - good.
I could move around my Library and i could see it in my PC but only thing i saw in TV was a Steam logo. When i pressed Xbox button (home) on controller it opened a sidebar, then I was able to see it and move around the sidebar on TV. When I launched game i was able to see First frame on TV but nothing afterwards. Everything works fine on PC and i could hear everything from TV but the picture was frozen.

Found out it won't work on my tv (it's from 2019). Now I'm out of alternatives. Hope someone repack the original steam link tpk to work on the tv as a Homebrew, since it worked perfectly with 0 latency. I thought about buying a raspberry pi or orange pi, but they're costing a kidney where I live :(

Any chance that you are using a laptop with switchable graphics as your host machine? This sounds like an issue that occurs when the igpu is in use instead of the dedicated gpu.

Na if I had laptop i would use hdmi, I started using my Steamlink via raspberry pi and ditched the moonlight idea for now.

Is there any video tutorial for installing Moonlight on a samsung TV (Q60T 2020 TV)

In that case I would try completely DDUing my video drivers and reinstalling them (maybe one version earlier as a test). Though if you have it working with your other setup there would be no point in doing it now, other than curiosity.

This is probably too niche for someone to have an actual video guide.

You could just follow the instructions on the github page linked on the op, ask here if you get stuck somewhere and someone would probably explain - though the instructions are pretty clear if we add two more things they have omitted - 1. you need to install docker so that you can deploy application images and 2. you need to install Tizen Studio (or whatever it is called) so that you can use the tizen and SDB commands.

Finally this can be done on windows but I'd suggest doing it on linux if possible. In my opinion it simply is easier on the latter.

If you are a curious person (like me) and want to see if you can manage to get this working then go ahead -- however if you simply want stuff to work I'd suggest that you get a TV box instead and be done with it.
