Does not install on Q90T

I have a brand new Samsung Q90T, the Steamlink app does not install. On the store page, it says I have to update the TV firmware. However, I have confirmed I do indeed have the latest firmware. When I hit "install", it waits a moment (button changes to "cancel") then stops (button goes back to "install")

What is wrong? How can I install the app? Is there an issue with the 2020 TV models ?
