Steam link is killing me (error 450)

Im playing again after a few months and now i cant play more than 10/15 mins ... Because steam link loss conection or critical error or error 450 i have a 4090 , router tplink ax300 im playing on quest 3 and i dont know what to do , i have virtual desktop and run fine but its too much compression bad quality i love how clear steam link looks but i cant play.... Anyone can help me to solve this problem?? As i said im always being disconected by error 450

Some data about my setup and things tryed
Quest 3
4090
Tplink ax3000 5g on 160mhz band no congestion
On virtual desktop have 2400 mbps link
Lowering the bitrate on steam link seems to extend the time between errors
Disable accelerated by hardware gpu solved a similar error 6 months ago i had the same situation with error 200 but now doesnt work
I tryed betas and previous version on betas and actual the error happens on less than a minute
Clean gpu drivers installation not worked


I will be adding more things

Please guys help me , lets find a solution for everyone having this problem
