"No bindings set for Vive Tracker On Chest" When switching between controllers and hands (Beta 2.0.11.1197)

Every time I switch between controllers and hand tracking the dashboard pops up telling that I don't have any bindings set for "Vive Tracker on Chest". I assume this is because there is a brief moment when I have no controllers as it switches between my physical controllers and hand tracking. Only happens when I have trackers on for FBT.

Using Steam Link Beta 2.0.11.1197 and SteamVR Beta 2.8.4

I was able to mitigate this warning by assigning a new blank bindings configuration to my chest tracker, though I feel like this shouldn't be necessary.
