streaming vr requires hevc hardware encoding and updated video drivers

everything worked fine the other day. everything is updated
now steam link will not connect and steam vr will no longer launch

No I mean the warning started showing up after a recent update. But mine also says that despite having hevc suppport and updated drivers, and Steam Link works perfectly fine for me despite the warning. I think the warning is a red herring.
