Add support for Gnirehtet for wired connection

this is a quick request, Gnirehtet is an application that reverses a connection from your computer to an android device, such as the meta quest headsets, the project is open source on github and i can already confirm there is some level of functionality with steam link. currently over the Gnirehtet connection, you can detect your computer, however you are unable to connect due to steam link thinking its a different connection, this is not the case however as the way Gnirehtet works, it creates a VPN connection which forwards traffic to the connected computer, this means that it probably wouldn't take much effort to fix this issue in the steam link app. I hope someone at valve can take a look at this as it would improve the wired play experience drastically compared to using the native link app, which causes huge amounts of overhead on the pc.

if i remember from using ALVR, the reason why steam link won't connect is because it thinks a 127.0.0.1 loopback connection is not on the same network, i believe if that can be fixed then Gnirehtet should work, just a theory though.

before anyone posts the regular "upgrade your router/internet" or "use ethernet" comments. please note that not everyone, even after buying an expensive vr headset, will have the money or capability to connect their network in a better way, this tool is basically a effortless way to get steam link working over a wired connection, and the fix would most likely be a very simple one. please don't gatekeep people who don't have over the top setups like you!
