steam link crashing when connecting (Quest 2)

ever since yesterday this has been a reoccurring problem, and I tried to work around it every each way. Any fixes for this?

i still sadly haven’t been able to find out why this problem exists and why it even happens in the first place, but i’ll keep attempting to find an answer and a solution for the problem, because I doubt we’ll get a solution from someone else. ^^

One user on reddit reported that either doing a factory reset or if you are the secondary account, changing it to be the primary, could fix the problem. The person did both and is not sure which one created the fix, but they say they can now connect without crashing.

I tried unpairing the headset in Steam, which did create a new pairing code, but it still crashes. Also waiting for a patch as it's not my headset to do a factory reset on.
