I also tried Jarvis before Krypton and had different issues with it too. My overall experience with XBMC/Kodi has always been very bad and each new release adds chaos instead of bug fixing.
Mame4all, on the contrary, does work like a charm.
I'm not in the mood to try it now, do you have any intention to build it for Steam Link? Also, someone here can tell what's been the first Kodi Release tested with the Link?
EDIT: I can't find the PVR Simple Client, which is usually installed along with Kodi, and it's really useful to look at streaming TVs
Anyone any idea?
I have installed Kodi from Windows Store and PVR IPTV Simple Client is there but it says it's unstable and doesn't work for me. When I go to the channel list it's empty.
Did you configure the addon? You have to click "configure" and insert a source in the filed "URL Playlist M3U". For example http://www.pandasat.info/iptv/kodi
..anyway, even if unstable, it appears on windows. Why it does not here?
Ah, I saw the settings but didn't know what to insert.. First time I use this service.
I'll give my build another try soon and will let you know if it's there or not.
