Anyone can teach me how to use this?

I have a LG TV, and i wanna stream steam game from pc to tv, how should i do that?
Do i need to connect them with hdmi cable?
Do i need to install or download something on my TV?

steam link was a device [now its an app] that streams your game over your network. if your tv supports apps, it might have steam link app available for it.

lg does not use android, so there is no steam link app for it

you need to use another device that supports steam link app and connect that to the tv using hdmi input

htpc, old laptop, pi, phone, steam link hardware, or something else that supports steam link app and has hdmi output

then install and run steam link app, pair with host pc, and begin streaming your games tot he tv
