The 4th video I watched on how to get this to work actually explained the current workflow.
My main reason for my post above was to point out that the info provided by Valve, the provider of this service/program, is outdated. I ususally follow the developer's advice if I am not sure which is the correct/current way how it is supposed to work. But in this case that is the wrong direction :-(
If both machines have Windows OS, then install and log into Steam Client on both machines. The machine you wish to Stream to, the Steam Client will show a Stream Play option for your Games that are installed on the host PC.
