check router settings, disable wifi isolation
try to ping the ip of the vr set from the host pc
I found out that my Avast antivirus wanted to change my network settings and make it privite that you can only see by going it's app ://
But from now 4 months of my connection working it seems as (for me) the thing was that 5ghz band had its channel setting set to automatic and after changing it (to 48 in my case which was the cleanest channel) its been working ever since.
TLDR: Mesh wifi doesnt work well in a long run, check if your wifi (either 2.4 or 5 ghz depending on which one are you using) has its channel set to auto if it does change it to whatever Wifi Analizer tells you is the least taken channel
