3440 x 1440 is a much different height and width aspect ratio (43:18) than 1080p which is 1920 x 1080 pixels (16:9).
You might as well try setting your game resolution to 1920 x 1080 to avoid scaling artifacts.
There is a resolution setting in the Link. Try changing it from Desktop to 1080p (or something like that) and see if it behaves better in your setup.
Maybe this will be something that gets fixed later in a software update. Overall, disappointed.
I'll chock that up to user error I guess. Who knows
Last thing you have to do is make sure the resolution is set to 1080p in the launcher that pops up for fallout 4.
When I made sure it was going to 1080 in there, the settings streamed over to my tv.
Hope it helps.
My temperorary fix until Valve does something about it is to just change the game resolution to 1080P since it won't stream above that resolution anyways. Which will also put much less of a load on my main PC with the advantage of a higher quality stream and overal better experience.
When i'm done streaming i would just change the resolution back to my native. No big deal.
