Steam Link Says it only works when on the local network, while connected to the local network....

As it says in the title, Steam Link on my Quest 2 tells me it cant connect me to my PC becuse it says it will only work on the local network, while it and the PC in question are connected to the same network. Its worked fine before, so I have no clue whats going on.

something is blocking it

windows network set to private not public
any vpn is disabled
if using wifi, check router settings, disable wifi isolation on the ssid you use

Ya, I did all of that. Still same issue. That's why I'm so confused.

Based off process of elimination, could poor internet connection or quality effect it?

quest vr requires lan connection, not wan/internet

try pinging the quest lan ip from the hsot pc
host and client should have similar ip, 192.168.same.different
