Mouse lag on Nvidia Shield TV box

Hello, Guys
I have Nvidia Shield TV box and Win10 PC with GTX 1080 and I have mouse lag.
I can't say it's unplayable but it's huge discomfort.
Mouse is slower than usual and imprecise.
I have 1 gigabit network and tried different mouses (radio, bluetooth). Still no luck.
When I connect to PC with RDP client or VNC - there is no lag or when I use it on the box - no lag also, so it's definitely something with Steam software.
I tried to disable hardware acceleration - no difference.
No DPI scaling is configured.
I'm very curious if anyone has an idea on what's going on.
